Job Summary

We seek a dynamic UI/UX Technical Product Manager with a robust background in user experience design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. This pivotal role is central to driving the development and delivery of exceptional user experiences across our web and mobile platforms.

Role and Responsibilities

To successfully perform this job, the individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily and demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Oversee user experience across platforms, managing metrics like NPS, user retention, and session insights.
  • Define and communicate user experience strategy to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize the UX roadmap.
  • Utilize market research and customer feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by working closely with the development team.
  • Analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate product requirements into clear, actionable features and stories for development.
  • Manage feature planning and execution, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
  • Maintain communication about project scope changes and delivery timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and the development team, ensuring alignment on business goals.
  • Stay updated on IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar, with proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or UX Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe Product Owner).

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in JIRA, TFS, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

Physical Demands

While performing general office duties, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Additional demands include the ability to communicate openly with others (talking, listening, reading), the capacity to lift light objects (<25lbs), and the use of standard office equipment (computers, printers, phones). There may also be occasional needs to bend, twist, or squat to open/close cabinets and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.

The office environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven. Pay: $86,906.00 - $92,119.00 per year
