We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team! Looking for a long-term Candidate with Construction office experience, Detailed oriented a must, proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Duties include filing, data entry, preparing quotes, doing take offs and other office duties. Pay will be based on experience.
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm (40 Hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Prepare and provide quotes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Salary : $16 - $17
