Position Responsibilities:
- Attend department, clinic or company meetings as required.
- Demonstrate sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concerns.
- Consistently work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow staff members.
- Accountable for actions including communication of issues with appropriate management, including, but not limited to human resources, accounting and VP of Operations.
- Consistently demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work as necessary.
- Attend required annual in-service programs.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to established facility safety requirements and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Identify potentially unsafe situations and notify appropriate personnel.
Specific Duties:
- Assist managers, employees, and the HR team with all aspects of HR.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Process off-boarding employees and exit interviews.
- Aid employees with Jury Duty
- Make badges and update the security system
- Process improvement projects and offering suggestions to team regarding feedback from managers and staff
- Complete and submit requested documentation such as Medical Court Orders and Child Support responses
- Support employees participating in the tuition reimbursement benefit.
- Employment Verifications
- HR projects as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned
Education/Experience Required:
- Paycor experience preferred
- Bachelors preferred
- Highly organized
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements for the position include the ability to frequently hear and communicate orally, see up close and at a distance, read and comprehend, stand, sit, walk, reach, handle, and/or feel objects. Must be able to climb, pull, push and kneel. Maximum unassisted lift = 25 lbs. Average lift less than 10 lbs.
