What You'll Do :
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including APPs, Therapists, Managers, and other key positions.
- Strategic Sourcing : Proactively source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, and targeted outreach to local schools and professional organizations.
- Physician Recruitment Support : Facilitate site visits, interviews, and contract coordination to ensure a smooth recruitment process for physicians.
- Consultative Partnership : Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate selection, onboarding, and other talent-related topics.
- Develop and Implement Strategies : Create and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates for all roles within the practice.
- Data-Driven Approach : Develop, track, and analyze key recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Employer Branding : Promote our practice as an employer of choice through social media, professional networks, job postings, and community engagement. Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external search firms.
- Onboarding and Continued Engagement : Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and conduct orientation and touch points for new hires.
