Key duties include maintaining slot machine performance reports, addressing data inconsistencies, implementing corrective actions for operational issues, and ensuring effective machine maintenance. The role involves developing customized performance reports using QCI and Power BI, utilizing AutoCAD for the creation and change of floor layout designs, and supporting both departmental and marketing projects. The Analyst will also assist in the training of new employees and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. Through timely, accurate reporting and analysis, the Slot Analyst II ensures the operational efficiency and profitability of the casino’s slot operations while providing exceptional service to both internal and external guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of casino experience required.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS SQL required.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in Slot Operations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Konami Synkros preferred.
- Knowledge of both Class II and Class III E-Gaming operations and MICS, TICS, SICS as they apply to Oklahoma Tribal Gaming preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS SQL required.
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
- Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.
- Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos.

Responsibilities
SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of machine performance reports, slot floor layouts, machine performance reports, and slot matrix updates.
- Supervise the accurate creation and customization of slot performance reports using tools like QCI, Power BI, and Excel, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other Slot Analysts and Slot Support Specialists, helping them develop technical and analytical skills.
- Ensure Konami Synkros is updated accurately to reflect regular slot floor changes.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and investigate machine performance inconsistencies or errors, implementing corrective actions and solutions as necessary.
- Ensure that all slot operations comply with internal and external standards, including gaming regulations and departmental policies.
- Assist in training new employees, ensuring they are familiar with Slot Department procedures, systems, and tools.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Audit, and Accounting) to ensure cross-functional collaboration and support.
- Evaluate and oversee the use of AutoCAD for floor plan updates, ensuring designs align with operational goals and space optimization.
- Coordination with staff in monitoring slot machine maintenance, repair schedules, and preventative maintenance to ensure machine reliability and guest satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations to support team development and ensure continuous improvement in department operations.
- Assist in leading slot-related projects and initiatives, providing tactical leadership and supporting project execution from design to implementation.
DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS:
- Responsible for the oversight of slot move spreadsheets, the evolving machine matrices, matrix audit and floor layouts in AutoCAD.
- Evaluates slot machine performance.
- Reviews machines for profitability and player appeal; analysis of scheduled slot machine moves with the Slot Operations Manager and Slot Department for the development of a creative and innovative slot floor layout and configuration.
- Maintains machine master report and performance summary.
- Investigates machine problems for Audit, Accounting, and other departments; investigates variances.
- Responsible for activities pertaining to slot machine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair to ensure effective slot operations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends in the slot industry.
- Complies Slot Department machine performance and analysis reports for all Osage Casinos properties.
- Assists with other slot operations projects as required.
- Assists with marketing projects when required.
- Provides tactical and strategic project and development direction, leadership, team management and stewardship for design through implementation, of the various existing and evolving Casino systems, solutions, and processes.
- Provides timely and accurate analysis of departmental related statistics, analytical reports, and related operating expenses that will ensure the department functions in an effective, efficient, and profitable manner.
- Working knowledge and understanding of gaming machines and relevant gaming regulations.
- Must have a thorough understanding of key technical architectures, operating systems, host platform software and hardware, and all supporting processes and integration dependencies.
- Must have thorough working knowledge of Konami Synkros
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must have knowledge of both Class II and Class III E-Gaming operations and MICS as they apply to Oklahoma.
