Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience in our establishment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and properly arranged.
- Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and garments.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in laundry facilities and ensure that all supplies are stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring proper handling of garments.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of dry cleaning processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift laundry items as needed.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and staff.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
