Date Posted: 2024-05-28 Country: United States of America Location: OT541: TFP - Florence, SC 1500 Otis Way, Florence, SC, 29501 USA Materials Analyst and Warehouse Inventory Accuracy The Materials Analyst and Warehouse inventory accuracy will work closely with Warehouse Leadership & Material Planning Leadership and other applicable organizations. The MAWIA will work to develop and coordinate timely and accurate ramp up and ramp down of production inventory, undergoing change notification processes, to ensure financial business results are met. This role will involve opportunities to perform various administrative and liaison functions relating to analyzing and initiating actions with Materials Planning, Inventory (Cycle accounts) and Warehouse Operations; including but not limited to reporting out Weekly / Monthly Key Performance Indicators. You will report to the Senior Distribution & Warehousing Manager directly and the Plant Manager indirectly, who will provide you with access to mentorship, training growth and development opportunities across our highly resilient world changing business. On a typical day you will: Analyze inventory levels associated with production parts undergoing change notifications. Monitor and execute inventory burn down plans to reduce obsolescence. Participate with CN (change notice) gate reviews. Provide lead-time analysis to CN (change notice) Coordinator to establish start spec dates. Works with Materials Planning team with knowledge of backwards compatible parts. Works with Project Management with ordering (OH/OP) (discrete and Production) material requirements. Track pre-series and proto-type project material as related to the CN (change notice) project pipeline. Maintain and submit scrap projections to CN (change notice) Coordinator and Finance. Works with Material planning to support MRP Planning BOM. Works in Warehouse and Planning leaders with re-identification for substitute material. Run and publish Weekly / Monthly KPI reports and out all Materials KPI metric result. Run all the direct cycle account process for any CN, ABC analysis , locations, or any kind of needs in the operation. Follow, Develop, Improve the Cycle account process , frequencies vs the Material Handler assigned for the operation on Warehouse, ATD, Supermarket, Sheet Metal and Label room. What You Will Need to be Successful: - Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5 years experience in Materials Planning, Inventory & Warehousing. - Strong background in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong communication skills. - Strong organization and leadership skills. - Interpersonal & Interrelationship Skills. - Quick reaction, detail oriented, and demonstrated team player.
