JOB TITLE : Office Administrator
POSITION : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm with some flexibility, may require
occasional non-traditional work hours. Benefits include Vacation / Personal Time, IRA Retirement, Life Insurance

SALARY : Contingent on experience
The Ottawa County Improvement Corporation (OCIC) serves as the lead economic and workforce development agency for Ottawa County. The mission of the organization is to advance, encourage and promote the industrial, economic, commercial and civic development of Ottawa County.
Our dynamic economic and workforce development organization is seeking an energetic and team-oriented individual to join our team as the Office Administrator. The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the administrative needs of the organization in a professional and confidential manner. This role necessitates the ability to multitask efficiently while handling various administrative duties to support the organization's mission. The Office Administrator’s primary focus will be maintaining an organized and efficient workplace, coordinating office communication, and providing exceptional support to all team members to promote a collaborative and productive environment. Specifically, this includes the following :
Primary Job Functions
- Monitor security cameras to ensure building safety and respond appropriately to any concerns
- Track student attendance and maintain contact with appropriate schools when students are absent
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records
- Manage multiple social media accounts and create engaging content to drive online presence
- Provide support for general program duties, including preparation of reports and meeting notices
- Coordinate and provide support for program testing and certifications
