Sr. Business Transformation Architect

Overview

Otter Products is hiring a Sr. Business Transformation Architect to join our team on a short-term basis at our distribution center in Frederick, Colorado. This short term role is estimated to run until February 2026.

As the Sr. Business Transformation Architect, you will be a change agent within Otter and provide the integrated business subject matter expertise to help achieve business transformation objectives. You will align people, process, and technology to lead change management initiatives from concept to implementation with a focus on scope feasibility. Your role will take a “culture-first” approach to change management by modeling servant leadership, teaming skills, manage through influence, and help Otter to achieve our employee engagement objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain Business Transformation development and deployment of new applications, systems and/or enhancements to existing Business Systems Software (BSS) applications
• Manage BSS development projects aligning IT requirements with Business Process direction
• Liaison with Business Process ownership and IT development teams to ensure solutions are delivered as specified and are within the scheduled plan
• Provide technical leadership on BSS to members within Supply Chain and the organization
• Develop and maintain documentation of BSS Configuration and relationships to ERP business processes
• Provide mentorship and develop members of the team for career growth
• Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the Supply Chain and the organization
• Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• Minimum six years of change management/business transformation experience in a high volume, global distribution and/or manufacturing environment is required
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience preferred

USD $100,000.00/Yr.

For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum

USD $120,000.00/Yr.
