In this role, the Plant Engineer will optimize plant performance, manage capital projects, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Some examples of activities include:
- Optimize plant performance, manage capital projects, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Predict remaining useful life, and budget for mechanical maintenance improvements.
- Contract and supervise maintenance services, ensure proper maintenance of plant equipment, and administer safety programs.
- Develop and maintain procedures, schedule and plan outages, and manage Long Term Service Agreement with Mitsubishi.
- Support NERC compliance, develop apprenticeship programs, and take responsibility for plant operations in the absence of the Manager.

- The expected base compensation for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
