What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Otter Tail Power Company?

- Manage and lead all aspects of projects ranging from 1-5 year timelines and $5 million - $100 million budgets including preparing estimates and budgetary forecasts, managing consultants and contractor and track costs and progress
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Manage projects portfolio for successful completion and ensure preparedness for future projects
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure projects will achieve unimpeded and complete cost recovery

- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship as you partner with various internal and external teams and stakeholders.
- Must be capable of managing multiple projects at one time and be able to apply OTP safety rules and understand risk mitigation
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience or equivalent experience is required. Preference for experience leading a team.

- The expected base compensation for this role is $82,000 - $103,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
