Job Brief:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of our products and services within the product development team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our service delivery processes are efficient, meet client expectations, and adhere to agreed service levels throughout the product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Management: Coordinate service delivery activities across different stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and launch.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related issues during product development.
Issue Resolution: Identify and rectify service delivery issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions relevant to the product development stage.
Service Improvement: Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance service quality and efficiency, tailored to the product development lifecycle.
Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage project teams and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the product development process.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular and accurate reports to stakeholders on service performance and improvement initiatives, with insights specific to product development stages.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies throughout the product development lifecycle.
Training: Ensure that the delivery team is adequately trained and resourced to meet service delivery standards at each stage of product development.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to drive service sales and profitability, considering the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in a product development environment.
Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Knowledge: Familiarity with service delivery processes, SLAs, OLAs, and best practices in service management, with an understanding of product development lifecycle management.
