The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL. The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales organization by developing and implementing programs and initiatives that enable our sales team to effectively engage with prospects, close deals, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, training, and content development, along with excellent communication and project management skills. This is a hybrid position out of our office in Tampa, FL.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies, programs, curriculums, and learning modules to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address sales challenges and opportunities.
- Create and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and materials to equip the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement content, including sales collateral, playbooks, scripts, presentations, and training materials.
- Partner with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and positioning.
- Implement sales enablement technology solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive adoption of best practices.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
