We're Looking For: We’re seeking a motivated and personable Community Outreach Coordinator to help grow our client base by building strong referral relationships throughout Southeast Virginia and parts of North Carolina.
In this field-based role, your primary responsibility will be to connect with pediatric offices, schools, therapy clinics, and other community providers to establish and maintain partnerships that lead to client referrals for our ABA services.

Job Description: The Community Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in expanding access to our ABA services by building strong referral relationships throughout Southeast Virginia. This field-based position focuses on engaging with pediatricians, schools, therapy clinics, and other community providers to raise awareness about our programs and generate client referrals. As the face of our organization in the community, you’ll represent our mission with professionalism, warmth, and purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Travel across Southeast Virginia to identify and engage potential referral sources
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with community providers
- Promote our services and educate partners on how we support children and families
- Serve as a professional, warm, and reliable point of contact for referral partners
- Collaborate with the intake team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Communications, Marketing, Human Services, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in the ABA field, healthcare, behavioral health, or outreach/community engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in speaking with professionals and community members
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
- Familiarity with ABA services or behavioral health terminology is a plus
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:00PM
Work Location: Field-Based Work in Southeast Virginia.
