Job Overview
This Outside Sales Representative position is responsible for driving new business, fostering client relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish. The primary focus will be on granite countertop sales, with opportunities to expand into cabinetry sales and design.
Key Accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to secure new cabinetry and countertop projects.
- Develop and manage project estimates, proposals, and contracts from initiation to approval.
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the product selection, revision, and project specifics processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct project site visits to inspect quality standards and address client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is highly valued.
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in cabinetry, granite, or construction.
- 3–5 years of industry experience is highly desired.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software is an asset.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
