Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper/Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and ensuring the grounds are well-kept and inviting. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and landscaping.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through regular pruning and care.
- Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and hoes for various gardening tasks.
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the installation of new landscaping features including plants, sprinkler systems, and decorative elements (such as paver patios, water features, and rock walls)
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds by removing debris and litter regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care practices.
- Familiarity with operating hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of appearance.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
