Responsibilities
- Administer and manage workers' compensation claims, as needed.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Support succession planning initiatives to develop future leaders within the organization.
- Utilize HR software system for efficient HR operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with administrative tasks related to human resources functions.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits, performance management, and training programs.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role within human resources.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with human capital management systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
