As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients while managing a team of skilled professionals.
Duties
- Lead and manage all salon operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and color theory.
- Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to manage appointments, track inventory, and maintain client records.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance client experiences and increase sales.
- Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client communications.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment that reflects our brand's standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop promotional strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY is highly desirable.
- Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, color theory, and makeup application is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
