Position Overview: As a Field/ Lead Carpenter at Outside In Construction, you will play a pivotal role in constructing and renovating structures to meet our clients' specifications and expectations. Your expertise in carpentry, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry Skills: Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodwork, to meet project requirements.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans accurately.
- Tool Proficiency: Operate a wide range of hand and power tools to execute carpentry tasks efficiently and safely.
