We are seeking an experienced individual to manage our accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate will come from an accounting background and have prior experience dealing with financial reporting, accrual and the payment of invoices. This position requires excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The Manager will be responsible for monitoring collections trends, identifying variances and analyzing credit risk.
Responsibilities:
- Clean up and organize the offices.
- Answer phones
- Interact with customers.
- Communicate with vendors on payments.
- Maintain a positive, professional relationship with all employees.
- Monitor office expenses and implement cost-cutting measures.
- Anticipate a company's short-term and long-term financial needs.
- Manage the collection of on-time payments and ensure that no late payments are made.
