Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will contribute significantly to the success of our purchasing operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales teams to receive and validate item information for new or existing Web Stores
- Report any issues to Sales teams
- Verify data entry activities to ensure accuracyin our systems
- Execute new item setup, including adjustments and ongoing item maintenance
- Partner with Sales and Operations to implement best practices and improvements for item forms and maintenance
- Program specific inventory adjustments for seamless order transitions between departments
- Assist in Purchasing processes and contribute to designing reorder point system improvements
- Provide backup support to the Purchasing Team members
- Manage purchasing for assigned clients, overseeing the entire process and item receipt follow-up
- Utilize NetSuite to generate and format various reports
- Monitor and close orders with missing item information daily in NetSuite
- Regularly review websites, removing out-of-stock and discounted products from Hive Platforms
- Collaborate with IT to verify and update website descriptions as needed

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience with computers and basic Excel proficiency required
