Mobile Bottling Main Line Operator

Built around the purpose of providing best practices in bottling services, this company has worked diligently for 13 years to help wineries get their product into the bottle via a clean, sterile environment. This company also partners with winery accounts to reduce potential bottling challenges in a professional manner.

Role Description:

Growing mobile bottling company in Midwest looking for Main Line Mobile Bottling Trailer operator. This is a full time, career position with growth opportunities. This role must be able to solely manage the entire mobile bottling operation: driving bottling trailer from winery to winery, setting up the operation at each location, managing the entire bottling production process (sterilization, filtering, filling, corking/screwcapping, capsuling, labeling).

This role also helps manage bottling schedule, works with wineries to obtain the highest level of quality control as well as working to optimize each day. A successful candidate needs to go the extra mile for our customers. We are looking for a motivated, customer focused candidate with excellent communication skills and good recordkeeping and organizational skills. The successful candidate will also adhere to sanitation procedures, steaming, filtration integrity and company health & safety.

Qualifications:

· Willingness to relocate to the central Midwest area

· Minimum of 5 years bottling line experience including maintenance

· Understanding that this position has a peak season running February through July – candidate must be willing to work extensive hours during this period

· Must be able to travel overnight, including extensive travel during the peak Feb-July period

· Strong problem solving and communication skills

· Must be fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs

· Must have clean driving record, CDL preferred

In addition, the successful candidate must have experience performing bottling line equipment maintenance effectively for the following systems:

· Electrical/mechanical knowledge covering frequency drives, PLC drives, etc.

· Preventative maintenance on bottling line, labeler, rinser, screwcapper, corker as well as support equipment.
