Installations Project Manager

Owen Security Solutions is looking to add an Installations Project Manager to our growing team. The successful Project Manager in the Installations & Inventory team is key to ensure that a service team attends to each customer efficiently, and must keep organized notes and records of these calls in our database. We need an Installations Project Manager who can ensures maximum correlation between account managers and technicians throughout job process to strive for consistent delivery by exceeding customer expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as liaison between account managers and technicians throughout job process
• Data entry of customer privy information
• Attention to detail
• Billing and/or applying payments
• Follow up calls
• Managing job queue and emails
• Creating new customers
• Creating new systems
• Inputting materials into each job
• Managing schedule of all jobs
• Scheduling lift rentals
• Registering alarm permits
• Creating monitoring accounts

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer Service Experience of 1-2 years in a related industry
• Track record of team development
• Strong phone and communication skills along with active listening
• Ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
• High school diploma
• Able to pass a drug screening
• Clean background check

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
