What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager - Luxury Residential position at Owen Thomas Group?
Owen Thomas Group are working on behalf of a leading Housebuilder in South Florida, who have a strong reputation for building luxury properties up to the value of $40M.
Due to having a healthy pipeline of work over the coming years, they're looking to add to their Operations team, a Project Manager.
Duties:
- Familiarize self with all construction documents, maintain and distribute documents as needed.
- Follow submittal and RFI processes by maintaining logs and ensure timely completion and distribution.
- Visit each project site on a scheduled and regular basis to remain updated on construction activities and conduct safety checks.
- Review daily field reports submitted by project superintendent.
- Work closely with the jobsite Supervisor and Director of Construction to monitor project management compliance with reporting related to corporate policy and the contract documents.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
- 5 years of proven experience working for a Luxury Housebuilder previously.
- Software knowledge - Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, Procore.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
