The Social Media Marketing Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for organic and paid social media strategy and creative content development for both Masonite and Endura brands. This role will lead the paid social content strategy on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and organic social content strategy across key platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X, with a focus on driving engagement, elevating brand awareness, increasing web traffic, and supporting SEO. The ideal candidate is a seasoned social media professional with deep expertise in platform-specific best practices and audience behaviors, capable of crafting compelling, on-brand content that resonates for multiple audiences. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across search, paid media, website strategy, channel and product marketing, corporate communications, and engineering, as well as external agencies, to ensure alignment and deliver high-impact creative content.


Main Responsabilities & Accountabilities:

  • Leverage deep understanding of social media’s role in achieving strategic business objectives and influencing key stages of the buyer’s journey to drive measurable impact
  • Partner with the appropriate teams to define comprehensive immediate and long-term social playbooks that guide platform-specific growth strategies, while continuously optimizing content and strategy to align with evolving goals and audience insights
  • Develop and execute tailored platform strategies informed by audience insights, user behavior and industry trends to deliver differentiated, high-impact content that drives engagement and growth
  • Own and manage an annual budget, strategically allocating resources to drive platform growth and audience engagement. Oversee paid social initiatives, ensuring optimal execution and performance, even when funded through cross-functional partners’ budgets
  • Lead content development for organic social media channels, including pre-production strategy through scoping, scripting, and storyboarding to ensure alignment with brand standards. Oversee on-set production with agency partners and production crews to guarantee brand consistency and deliver high-quality video assets optimized for organic social media channels
  • Manage social media content, from writing copy and working with internal and external creative resources to develop 3D renders, photography and video assets through the appropriate approval processes
  • Lead the creative vision and strategy for paid social media campaigns, overseeing ad design and advising on placement to drive maximum reach, engagement, and alignment with brand and product goals and standards
  • Serve as the expert power user of the social media management platform, leveraging its full capabilities to streamline workflows, analyze performance, optimize content distribution, and proactively engage with the community to foster meaningful connections
  • Build the social media KPI scorecard focused on contributions to both upper and lower funnel metrics, working closely with the rest of the integrated marketing team and analytics lead, and report actionable insights back into the business
  • Maintain intimate familiarity with platform algorithms, new content modules, changes in reporting, etc.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred but not required
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in paid media and social media
  • Experience in social media for both B2B and B2C
  • Working knowledge of content production and digital formats
  • Ability to prioritize projects and collaborate with other team members
  • Strong short- and long-form writer who can flex their style across different platforms, from social media to website
  • Knowledge of platforms required: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), basic SEO principles necessary and social publishing platform strongly encouraged
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • A curious marketer who is always learning and staying ahead of the digital trends
