• Owning our YouTube growth strategy – You’re in charge of taking our channel from where it is now to massive growth. We already have a decent subscriber base, so you’re not starting from zero!
• Work alongside a video editor – This role does not require video editing. You’ll be working with our editor to fine tune videos for channel optimization. 
• Tracking performance across all organic channels – Watching the numbers, testing new ideas, and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Creating high-performing titles & thumbnails – You know what grabs attention and drives clicks, and you’ll be testing and optimizing constantly.
• Working with editors & creators – You’ll collaborate with our video editor to make content engaging, snappy, and optimized for retention.
• Developing content ideas & funnels – You’ll help shape the content strategy, ensuring videos tie into our broader audience growth goals.
• Repurposing video content for other platforms – Taking key moments from YouTube and optimizing them for other organic channels.
• Running A/B tests and experiments – Trying new formats, styles, and hooks to keep the channel evolving.
• Keeping up with trends & best practices – You’re always up to date on YouTube’s algorithm, what’s working in our niche, and how to stay ahead.

• Proven experience growing a YouTube channel (either your own or for a brand).
• Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, analytics, and best practices.
• Creative instincts for what makes great YouTube content—hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
• Obsessive about thumbnails and titles—knowing how to make people click.
• Experience working with video editors to optimize content for retention.
• A self-starter who thrives on ownership and results.
