The Parts Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the parts sale’s strategy for Oxbo customers in California’s south valley. This position supports customers by acting as a subject matter expert for Oxbo parts and functionality, and ensures critical inventory is on-hand. The Parts Manager uses critical thinking and problem-solving skills to get customers what they need with urgency, seeks opportunities to create efficiencies within the parts department, manages the day-to-day activities of the parts department, and ensures proper documentation is completed timely and in compliance with Oxbo policies and procedures.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Associate’s Degree and 2 years’ experience working in parts, service or related field, or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of related experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Must have a valid CA driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle

Must be willing and able to drive for work on a regular basis

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Strong critical thinking skills and ability to exercise independent judgement

Experience with using Syspro or QAD systems

Must have the ability to travel to Oxbo’s California service locations and customers throughout the valley as assigned or required.
