Front of the House Manager
Front-of-House Managers supports restaurant operational objections and provides leadership support to the General Manager. Ensures that each guest experiences exemplary service from the moment they arrive until their last farewell. Day-to-day responsibilities including proper food handling, responsible alcohol service standards and ensuring cleanliness, as well as interacting with guests, problem-solving, and coaching Team Members. Restaurant Managers are assigned specific duties and areas of responsibilities, such as bar, service and training.

We are seeking an experienced Front-of-House Manager with experience in a full-service restaurant.
Responsibilities Include
- Execute of all aspects of guest service.
- Lead the front-of-house team by word and example.
- Follow and enforce systems and standards for the front-of-house.
- Demonstrate high standards and personal accountability.
- 2-3 years front of house experience in a relevant high-volume establishment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in skills related to your position.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and work ethic.
- Must have or be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, events/catering software, timekeeping and scheduling software and POS systems.
- Ability to balance and carry trays, multiple plates, and glasses.
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
- Managers will also view a computer monitor and type/write on a regular basis.
