We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and organized Medical Spa Receptionist Specialized in Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk operations while ensuring a seamless and edicational experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Appointment Management : Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for clients through phone, email, and text.
- Client Communication : Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about services, packages, and promotions.
- Check-In & Check-Out : Welcome clients upon arrival, ensure all necessary forms are completed, and process payments efficiently.
- Gift Shop Oversight : Maintain the organization and inventory of the gift shop, assist clients with purchases, and restock as needed.
- Sales : Educate clients about our services, packages, and memberships to encourage bookings. Assist with selling packages and memberships, with the potential to earn commission on sales.
- Administrative Duties : Keep records updated, ensure proper filing of client forms, and maintain a clean and professional front desk area.
