Ozarks Community Hospital in Springfield, MO has an immediate opening for a full time Health Information Management Release of Information Clerk within our HIM department.

Job Summary: This is a clerical position in the Health Information Management in this facility.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- The employee should have had relevant experience in clerical duties sufficient for individual development to the level of independent functioning with minimal direction.
