Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for expanding and managing sales opportunities through OEM & sales channels, increasing the opportunity funnel, driving design wins, and with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Knowledge of the power solutions / electrical engineering segment, identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies and product positioning.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to leadership.
- Driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Support market analysis on new product solutions, new markets, and developments throughout the industry and support company and product promotions at industry trade shows and conferences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field.
- 3 years of past selling experience with DC/DC converter and AC/DC power supply, existing network of contacts within the industry (aimed at target industries: industrial, medical, railway/transportation, instrumentation, etc.).
- Experience working with sales reps and distributors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in communication and effective collaboration, including communication, negotiation, training, and presentation skills.
- Able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, submitting reports, and creating presentation content.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
