Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Reception: Answering multi-line phones, routing them to appropriate staff, taking and distributing messages, and receiving/greeting all visitors in a professional manner will be the primary function of this position.
- Customer Service: As one of the first to interact with potential and existing customers, making a positive first impression is a critical part of this role.
- General Administrative Tasks: Maintain office supplies, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling service, maintenance, and sales appointments.
- Basic accounting: This role could include basic accounting tasks such as processing vendor invoices and/or receiving customer payments.
- Data Entry: Accurate data entry into our accounting/field service software.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions around current processes and how they might be improved.

- Working closely with Administrator on a variety of tasks.
- Experience: 2 years of customer service and/or receptionist experience.
- Computer Expertise: This position requires someone who is strong with windows-based PC’s and Office 365 (excel, word, outlook, teams).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to access all areas of the facility (multi-level) and be comfortable working within an industrial environment. Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer are required.
- Organizational Skills: Both physical organization of your workspace and digital organization are required for this position.
- Detail Oriented: Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, dependable and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
