The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors to Seabrook. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with scheduling appointments, providing general information, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the office environment. The Front Desk Receptionist ensures that office operations run smoothly and efficiently while supporting the sales team. This role requires an individual who is proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain a high standard of service in a dynamic office setting. The Front Desk Receptionist will interact with visitors, sales agents, and office staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Greet and register visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of Seabrook. Offer assistance with appointments and inquiries, and provide refreshments to guests when appropriate.
- Ensure the office is properly prepared for daily operations by performing opening tasks such as checking supplies, setting up materials, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the day, including ensuring common areas, restrooms, and the front desk area are tidy and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to track and maintain office supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
- Perform end-of-day duties, including organizing materials, emptying trash, and ensuring the office is secure for the next day.
- Answer phone calls, check messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person promptly. Assist with managing leads using the CRM system.
- Support the sales team by gathering key information during guest visits and coordinating meetings between guests and agents.
- Uphold a professional atmosphere by maintaining appropriate boundaries with guests and referring all pricing or sales questions to the agents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a real estate or office setting.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and fax machines; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, such as office supplies or materials.
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties, including wiping surfaces, dusting, and maintaining the cleanliness of the office.
- Must have the ability to reach, bend, and stoop as needed to perform daily tasks (e.g., restocking supplies, and emptying trash).
- Ability to maintain a professional and composed demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: This position requires availability on Sundays and Mondays from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM.
Employment Status: Part-Time
