Duties and Responsibilities
- Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
- Cold call and respond to calls quickly
- Pre-screen potential applicants
- Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
- Schedule driver orientations and training
- Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset, but not required.
