Job Description
- Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
- Cold call and respond to calls quickly
- Pre-screen potential applicants
- Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
- Schedule driver orientations and training
- Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties
- Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an Associates degree with a minimum of two years office related experience (required).
- Current or prior recruiting experience (preferred)
- The desire to build relationships with flatbed drivers over the phone
- Able to maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced work environment.
- Goal driven
- The ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis
