Job Description

• Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
• Cold call and respond to calls quickly
• Pre-screen potential applicants
• Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
• Schedule driver orientations and training
• Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties
• Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an Associates degree with a minimum of two years office related experience (required).
• Current or prior recruiting experience (preferred)
• The desire to build relationships with flatbed drivers over the phone
• Able to maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced work environment.
• Goal driven
• The ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis
