Desktop Support Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a short-term project focused on rolling out new laptops across the organization. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting PC hardware, software, and mobile devices, primarily at the West Des Moines office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware, software, and mobile support for business and IT users.
- Install, maintain, and update PC hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and Windows 10 / 11 operating systems.
- Perform regular monitoring to ensure efficient operation and accuracy.
- Identify, escalate, and recommend improvements for system efficiency.
- Communicate status, quality, risks, and operational updates to stakeholders.
- Document break / fix incidents and move / add / change requests.
