Description:
The payroll and Administrative Assistant will assist in processing payroll for all employees in the organization and perform other payroll-related duties. This position also includes daily bookkeeping duties and Waiver and OVR billing/invoicing.
Job Duties
- Process payroll for employees in the organization.
- Review timecards to ensure all hours have been added based on the schedule.
- Report to department supervisors regarding daily activities and issues.
- Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system.
- Work with company database programs to process payroll.
- Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget, and expenses..
- Assist in Provider Monitoring to maintain compliance with state requirements.
- Assist with other related administrative duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
- Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to obtain certifications as part of job requirements.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and work as a team.
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
- Must pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check Clearances and not be excluded from the State of PA Exclusion lists.
