Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about cannabis, alternative healthcare, and who have a desire to help others. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, handling cash transactions, and conducting regular audits of inventory and products.
This is a position within the Pennsylvania Medical Cannabis industry and requires candidates to complete a background and drug screening prior to starting in the role.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Manager to resolve patient complaints, concerns, and issues.
- Assist the Manager with the overall cleanliness of the facility by cleaning workstations, restocking strain jars, and cleaning the interior and exterior of showcases.
- Assist the Manager with daily and weekly inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain the highest level of patient and company confidentiality at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to a wide spectrum of patients in a friendly, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Accurately and efficiently process patient transactions using POS system.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all company products.
- Ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with company, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ask relevant questions to determine the best medicine for the patients’ concerns.
- Answers questions and provides general information and guidance for patients regarding policies and procedures as well as laws and regulations, communicating with sensitivity and respect.
- Maintains accurate inventory control and proper rotation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in consultative sales
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques to effectively engage clients.
- Experience in creating care plans tailored to individual client needs is a plus.
- Passion for promoting cannabis and supporting others in their wellness journey.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.

Pay: $16.50 per hour
