Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the completion of construction projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating communications between project team members
- Preparing subcontractor RFP’s and coordinating contracts and contract requirements with subcontractors
- Organizing resource data; i.e. project drawings, specifications, reports and records
- Preparing written meeting notes, project status summaries, and other written materials
- Preparing spreadsheets to perform calculations and to organize project data
- Preparing, maintaining and tracking project documents and contracts for subcontractors and suppliers
- Project submittal and RFI coordination, submission, and tracking
- Manage project management programs as applicable per project.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with ProCore or other project management programs, and Sage 300 a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, able to multi-task, meet critical deadlines with an eye for accuracy and attention to details
- This position requires a reliable, enthusiastic, organized person who can manage multiple priorities, communicate well with multiple project managers on a wide variety of projects.
