Duties
- Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Manage calendars for appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and organizing documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and invoicing.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or team members when required.
- Operate office equipment and phone systems effectively to facilitate communication.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Maintain an organized office environment that promotes productivity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in an office setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous.
