POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Client Solutions Partner is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the overall success of their accountable workstreams within a client program. This is not an entry-level role. Instead this role will take on great responsibilities in client management, strategy development, and team collaboration while supporting the growth of the account and operational excellence.
The Senior Client Solutions Partner works closely with and reports to the Account Director to offer them support as needed on the program. This role will work in partnership with clients and across internal teams to deliver results-driven solutions, contributing to the success of the accounts they support.
We are currently looking for candidates in the following states -- NC, FL, GA, ME, MI, NJ, NY, OH, SC, TN, TX, VT
- North Carolina applicants--Please note, employees living within 50 miles of Pace HQ will be expected to comply with our hybrid policy (In office on Tuesdays/Wednesdays). Employees living between 50-100 miles of Pace HQ are required to come into the office once a month.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Client Leadership:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for key accounts, driving client satisfaction and ensuring timely, on-scope delivery of work.
- Foster trust with clients and colleagues through transparent and honest communication, leading to stronger relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, aligning strategies, and resourcing the right people to exceed client expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and incremental projects, presenting new ideas to clients to enhance business outcomes.
- Strategic and Project Management:
- Anticipate potential issues and provide solutions before they become problems, demonstrating your commitment to their long-term success.
- Support the development and execution of account-level marketing and program strategies, aligning creative, digital, and strategic deliverables with client goals.
- Oversee the creation and presentation of client briefs, estimates, and program plans, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
- Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure accurate execution and reporting.
- Work closely with Project Management and Finance teams to manage estimates, job coding, and billing processes.
- Team Collaboration and Mentorship:
- Support Account Director and Project Manager on projects and deliverables to ensure overall client satisfaction and the success of the program.
- Strategically lead the team to guide the client programs, respond to client needs, and proactively bring new ideas and solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and executed.
- Promote teamwork by ensuring all team members understand
their roles and responsibilities. - Assist in facilitating internal and external meetings, including planning agendas, taking notes, and driving follow-ups.
- Operational Excellence:
- Support Directors in managing account forecasts, budgets, and revenue tracking to ensure financial health of accounts supported
- Stay current on clients’ market trends and competitive insights to proactively offer new ideas to clients.
- Advocate for exceptional quality and service throughout the client engagement process.
- Requirements:
- Location can be on-site or fully remote, but this role must maintain Eastern Time Zone hours.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in account services or a related client-facing role within a marketing, digital, or creative agency.
- Proven experience managing projects across multiple channels, including digital, social, and print. Experience with podcast production is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and guide junior team members.
- Proficiency in developing and presenting client-facing proposals, briefs, and strategies.
- Financial awareness, including budgeting and forecasting support.

WHAT WE OFFER:
- The salary for this position will range from $63,000-79,000 ($85,050-$101,000 in NYC and surrounding areas) depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.
