Office of the State Auditor requires one Service Support Analysts. The selected candidate for this role will provide first level support to users in a Microsoft Windows environment. This includes but is not limited to password resets A / V troubleshooting access assistance etc. Responsible for imaging PCs per outlined processes distributing equipment and maintaining assignment information in an asset tracking system. Position will be responsible for identifying and documenting equipment for surplus installing computer equipment in an office environment maintaining printers and scanners. Position will be expected to assist users with PC performance issues and updates.
