```Duties```
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting pre-screen interviews
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
```Skills```
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with worker's compensation processes
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
