Pacific Biodiesel Technologies is hiring for a motivated Driver/Maintenance Technician to join our Maui fleet.
As a Driver/Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible to provide grease interceptors and used cooking oil removal services from various locations.
Our ideal applicant possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, valid Hawai'i driver's license, acceptable driver's abstract, ability to drive and operate a vacuum truck, possesses basic understanding of grease interceptors and servicing techniques, proficient with performing maintenance tasks, in addition to excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Being based on Maui will set you apart from other applicants.
This position features physical demands including but not limited to - ability to remove up to 60lb manhole covers from grease interceptors, ability to sit, stand, twist, reach, walk and climb stairs, climb in and out of truck between stops, climb on top of tank as needed, ability to wear protective equipment on the head, face, hands and feet, and ability to work for intermittent periods outdoors in ambient temperatures and precipitation extremes typical of Hawai'i climate.
This is a regular, full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Pay is $24/hour benefits.
