Role: IT Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX ( Onsite Day 1 )

Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT initiatives across manufacturing plants.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and production teams, to gather and define project requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement ERP systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and other manufacturing IT solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors when needed.
Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).
Mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure all systems and integrations adhere to cybersecurity and compliance standards.
Maintain documentation and report on project progress to executives and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in discrete manufacturing.
Proven experience implementing or managing ERP, MES, or other manufacturing-related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, Siemens Opcenter, Scada etc.).
Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes (e.g., BOMs, work orders, routing, scheduling, inventory management).
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and automation in manufacturing.
Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud solutions and cybersecurity practices in industrial environments.
