We are looking for someone with a friendly, upbeat demeanor and an ability to accomplish a broad range of administrative duties. This is a job with some variety, mostly administrative tasks but there are always fun miscellaneous tasks to do including collaboration on marketing pieces or helping with special projects.
General daily tasks include:
- General clerical duties including photocopying, and scanning.
- Draft and send Work Orders.
- Schedule Punch lists and Change Orders.
- Maintain and update projects files.
- Permit follow ups, work order and change order follow ups
- Assists in managing the day-to day projects activities; Schedule preconstruction meetings, make sure left-over materials are scheduled for pick up at end of the project phase & schedule clients walkthroughs.
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and co-workers.
- Follow through with project managers and crews to ensure timely advancement of project milestones.
- Answer and forwards appropriate calls/Check emails and enter info on CRM to be reviewed by PM's and Production Manager.
- Track projects through communicating with coworkers, supervisors, on projects status and development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Effective conflict resolution skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Excel experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong ability to multitask

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
