Job Title: Custom Sales Manager
Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing
This role will foster a positive and exciting sales team environment that is competitively driven to achieve revenue and profitability targets with a strong sense of accountability to the custom sales process.
Responsible for custom sales team revenue and performance goals.
Manage all Custom Sales Consultants through evaluations, improvement and growth plans, reward programs, counseling, and discipline.
Guide Custom Sales Consultants on prospecting, qualifying, strategic approaches, and relationship development.
Responsible for enforcing authority guidelines/limits for pricing.
Responsible for contract compliance of sale projects and leases.
Collaborate with leadership on the creation of improvements to the sales process.
Maintain competitive awareness to ensure offerings are competitively priced.
Lead the effort of being proactive and recognize and react quickly to market supply and demand.
Manage KPIs, Dashboards, and Scorecards for sales team.
Oversee customer concerns, issues, and disputes in order to maintain an ongoing positive relationship measured by the CSI/NPS.
Communicate and implement all corporate directives and initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing to identify needs, ensure effective use of budgets, and improve customer retention.
Collaborate with the Construction Services team to recommend workflow improvements to executive leadership.
Demonstrate a high level of “Live our Values”.
Skills/Qualifications:
5 years of sales management experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to analyze financial results and forecast future revenue based on activity.
Excellent computer and organizational skills.
Knowledge of sales strategies and economic principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
