JOB SUMMARY:
This is a part time position. The Housekeeping position is responsible for the day-to-day back-end operations of the Packers Athletic Club, including cleaning, laundry, equipment preventative maintenance, and ensuring a five-star experience. This role ensures the highest quality of service for all members and guests by attending to member’s needs, ensuring outstanding club cleanliness, keeping all amenities stocked and available, and working with management to keep club assets in proper functioning.
The role has an indirect impact on revenue, member retention, and overall customer service. The Housekeeper will uphold the Packers Athletic Club’s Mission and Vision.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure and deliver the detailed cleanliness of the club and locker rooms in conjunction with the standards set by PAC management.
- Responsible for on-site laundering and folding towels for member usage.
- Responsible for assisting members with daily locker functions.
- Responsible for keeping all amenities available and stocked for member use.
- Responsible for administering proper lost and found procedures in accordance with PAC policy.
- Responsible for reporting any malfunctioning equipment or facility related concern immediately to management.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the recovery area, depending on shift.
- Establish yourself as an integral team member within the club.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School degree or above required.
- 1 years of experience, including previous housekeeping or janitorial.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to keep facility neat and clean.
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Conflict resolution skills, handled in a professional manner.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally sit.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
