Pay
Here at PackPro Movers, we value your time, so you will be paid for drive time. We offer this to our employees, unlike most of our competitors.

• Tips range between $640-$1,280 per month($4-$8 per hour).
• Lead Drivers Start at $19 per hour, and the pay goes up to $21 per hour. With tips, you should be expecting to make $23 to $29 per hour. $26 per hour on average.
• If we see you show an exceptional level of skill, and make happy customers consistently (which is the case majority of the time), you may advance to your top pay quicker.
• If you're hired with experience, you may skip training and advance beyond your top pay in your first week depending on your level of experience

Job Description

We're a growing company looking to bring on drivers and trainers with moving experience and proficient leadership skills to train new hires. They will be a seen as a prominent leader by the movers on their crew that they train which will make them a perfect candidate to transition into management positions in the future.

Requirements: Must..

• Pass a strict background check.
• Live within 40 minutes of the 75001 zipcode.
• Be strong and in good physical condition.
• Have not just good, but exceptional customer service skills.
• Must have a professional attitude and look presentable.
• Must be reliable, and have a dependable form of transportation to and from work.
• Have had a valid driver’s license for 2 plus years.
• Be able to lead a 3-6 man crew.
• Be at least 21 years of age or older per insurance requirement.
• Have no speeding tickets or accidents reported on your driving record in the past 3 years. If you have no experience driving a Non-CDL box truck, no worries you’ll be trained on how to. Experience is appreciated but not required.
• Drivers and trainers with or without experience must go through training regardless of thier level of experience. Training for Drivers/Trainers last anywhere from 2 days-1 week. You will be paid to train.
