Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, analyze, and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Track expenditures and maintain accurate records to manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular cost reporting, variance analysis, and recommendations for mitigating financial risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve budgetary concerns and streamline financial processes.
- Evaluate contractor cost proposals, change orders, and invoices to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
